Explore the Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space
Connect with your living experience by exploring the elements that make up our planet, bodies and spirits.
These free workshops combine movement, sharing circles, play, and relaxation.

Thursdays, 6.30–8.30pm
Peilot Space, Chapter Arts Centre, Market Rd, CF5 1QE
